A cubic foot of snow can weigh anywhere from 5 to 20+ pounds, depending on moisture content. This is a lot of weight for your roof to support. In fact, many roofs (especially, older, flat and special structures like: carports, garages, and sheds) are not always rated to support this kind of weight.

Snow build up can also cause ice dams, which can cause damage to your roof and interior of your home or business. As snow melts from your roof it tends to refreeze at the edges or other juncture points of your roof-line. As the water seeps under shingles, it refreezes and expands, creating an even bigger gap for future drainage to fill and the cycle continues causing more and more damage. This process, at a minimum, raises your shingles and as the cycle continues, the water finds cracks in the wood and walls each time expanding to create more damage until you see cracks and leaking in the ceiling and walls of your home or business. Pricing is based on the hours needed to complete the job. It’s impossible to determine the extent of the job until we arrive on site so our estimate will simply state our hourly rate.

We want to serve our customers wherever they may be located. Properties outside of a 30-mile radius of our office in Isanti, MN will be subject to a small travel fee to help offset travel costs.

We accept cash and checks.

Full Payment Policy:
All payments are due at time of service, unless otherwise agreed to in writing (via email correspondence).

Late Payment Charges:
30 Days Late, $25 Fee Per Invoice
60 Days Late, $50 Fee Per Invoice and Final Notice

Once the invoice is closed and filed delinquent, all matters will be resolved in a small claims court.

If the dispute reaches a small claims court, JM Window Cleaning LLC will seek original payment amount, all late fees incurred, reimbursement of court fees and a minimum of $500 per day spent to file/appear in court in regards to the small claims complaint.

Yes, JM Window Cleaning LLC carries insurance.
